Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Home & Hound Depot. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return: opened or used pet food, personalized or custom items, and items marked as final sale.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@homeandhounddepot.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@homeandhounddepot.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
